Ryuichi’s having a hard time keeping focused on his university studies. Not because he doesn’t try hard, but because his stepmother is so distracting. He decides to put his academics first and moves out to live on his own. Just as he’s beginning to enjoy his newfound freedom, he loses everything in an apartment fire. With nothing but the clothes on his back, he reluctantly finds himself moving back to his old house.
However, nobody told Ryuichi that his home is now a share house for young women.

Chinatsu Furuhashi
Chinatsu is an upperclassman attending the same university as Ryuichi, allowing her to make fun of him. She has a slightly boyish personality, and has a no problem with making aggressive moves on Ryuichi.
Kaede Soga
Kaede is an instructor in the university Ryuichi is attending. While she has the appearance of a reliable person, she is clumsy and not too attentive to her surroundings. Despite this, her serious personality won’t allow her to admit defeat.
Manami Amagi
Manami is an air headed girl who works as a waitress at a nearby restaurant. While she is usually passive, she has taken a liking to Ryuichi and is not afraid to show it. Despite looking harmless, she is very well trained in judo since her family runs a dojo.
Risa Tomosato
Risa is the brash, loud mouthed younger half-sister of Kyoko, technically making her Ryuichi’s aunt. She lives by herself nearby, so she enjoys comeing by to visit and save money on food. She is a classic tsundere who won’t admit her feelings for Ryuichi.
Kyoko Moroboshi
Kyoko is the loving and caring stepmother of Ryuichi, but is also the reason why Ryuichi moved out in the first place. A defenseless and heavy sleepwalker who finds herself in Ryuichi’s bed almost every night every since the passing of her husband.
