In his third feature-length go-round, Sonic (voiced by Ben Schwartz) and his blended family are faced with the menace of Shadow (voiced by Keanu Reeves) a hedgehog with powers augmented by military experiments-and loose after decades of captivity. The threat left Team Sonic having to strike an unlikely alliance with Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) and his miserable granddad Gerald (Carrey, again).
