During a school trip, Mitsuo and his classmates stay at an old Japanese-style hotel, where he gets nonstop hiccups. A mysterious old woman working at the hotel tells him that a person who hiccups 100 times dies. After that refreshing experience, Mitsuo’s troubles get worse when he discovers that he is being watched by a young man named Kanau Hibiki, a former drama club member that has been haunting his school for the past 15 years. Kanau’s horrific death leads to the discovery of a tragic betrayal, and it’s up to Mitsuo to return body and soul to everyone before it’s too late!
